How big can a conservatory be without planning permission?

Although most conservatories do not require planning permission, the following restrictions apply to all single-story expansions if you wish to avoid seeking planning permission:

Can not cover more than half of the original home’s size.
Can not go beyond the top of the existing roof in height.
Can not surpass 4 metres in height.

How much does it cost to build a conservatory?

As all of our conservatories are custom made to accommodate your home, there is not a set price. Since every conservatory is unique, the following factors should be considered while estimating costs:
